When Camp Freddy -- the L.A. supergroup of Scott Weiland, Dave Navarro, Billy Morrison, Matt Sorum, Donovan Leitch and Chris Chaney -- play, there are two things you can count on: It's going to be a party, and there are going to be many more rock stars on hand.

Both rules proved true Saturday night as the rockingest cover band in all the land kicked out the jams at L.A.'s House of Blues in a private event for the X Games. You want rock 'n' roll fantasy? How about Weiland singing 'Roadhouse Blues,' with the Doors' Robby Krieger on guitar? Or Cypress Hill delivering 'Paradise City' with Slash on guitar? Or Slash rocking the guitar solo on AC/DC's anthemic 'Highway To Hell'?

Yeah, it was a night of memories, with Steve Jones, Mark McGrath, Steve Isaacs and Billy Duffy among the guests adding to the hour-plus revelry. Without question, though, the two highlights had to be Morrison leading five guitarists ("One more than Lynyrd Skynyrd," as he quipped from the stage) and everybody else through a ferocious version of Iggy Pop's seminal 'I Wanna Be Your Dog' and the extended 'Roadhouse Blues,' a moment that left both the musicians and fans alike in awe.
