MY FIVE (5!!) LIVE DOORS CONCERTS

I'm a very lucky person.  When I was 21 years old, I saw the first of five live Doors concerts.  It is no exaggeration to say that I haven't been the same since!  

Although I don't have a photographic memory, there are many images and events that have stayed with me for these past 35-plus years.

I still have all of my colorful box office ticket stubs.  Ticketmaster did not even exist back then.  Its predecessor Ticketron did not have an outlet around my vicinity of New Jersey. 

All five of my stubs are featured in Greg Shaw's book  The Doors On The Road, pictured in the margin by each concert it belonged to.   The Felt Forum ticket stub is part of the cover artwork of that book.  Years later I was surprised to discover that my Felt Forum ticket stub also became part of the CD artwork on the first Bright Midnight Records release, the 'Sampler'.
